Druk Holding and Investments Limited (DHI) is in the process of appointing Board of Directors (BoD) in its portfolio companies.
The primary responsibility of the BoD is to represent the shareholder in the company. They are expected to provide strategic direction and control, entrepreneurial leadership and oversee the management of the company.
DHI is creating a database to appoint individuals who are professionally qualified, well experienced, highly motivated and of high integrity as Board Directors.
