Dasho Karma Yezer Raydi is the Chairman of the DHI. He received his Master's in Geotechnical Engineering, from Nippon Institute of Technology, Saitama, Japan. He was conferred red scarf by His Majesty on 17th December 2012.

Ms. Leki Wangmo serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the DHI Board. She is the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, and she has an MBA with a Major in Finance from Australia National University, Australia.

Mr. Nelson serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the DHI Board. He has over 30 years of banking experience, working in countries from NZ, Singapore, and Japan. He has an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Ms. Yunny serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the DHI Board. She has more than 30 years of experience in banking and Fintech and holds a Master's Degree from the College of Management, National Taiwan University.

Mr. Sherub serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the DHI Board. He is the CEO of Rigsar Construction Private Limited.

Mr. Goh Kai Kui serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Druk Holding and Investments Limited. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd and has over three decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, investment, and international trade.

Mr. Ujjwal Deep Dahal is the Chief Executive Officer of DHI. He received an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and Technology Policy Management from MIT.

Ms. Karma Choden is the Company Secretary of DHI. She earned her LLM from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, and Post Graduate Diploma in National Laws from the Royal Institute of Management.
