Mr. Ujjwal Deep Dahal is the Chief Executive Officer of DHI. He received an EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and Technology Policy Management from MIT.

Ms. Dechen Peldon is the Chief Financial Officer of DHI. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from St. Joseph’s College, India. With over two decades of leadership in Bhutan’s energy and aviation sectors, she brings deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and strategic investment planning.

Mr. Namgyal Wangchuk is Chief Operating Officer at Druk Holding and Investments Ltd. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College, Nagpur University, India. With two decades of progressive leadership across Bhutan's telecommunications sector, he brings expertise in marketing strategy, network planning, and corporate management.

Mr. Jacques V. Benecke is the Chief Technology Officer for the DHI Group of companies. He has over 35 years of experience working for global tech giants and has focused on business transformation since completing his Master’s in Business Administration in 2008.

Mr. Phuntsho Namgay is the Director of the Department of Innovation and Technology. With an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, his experience ranges from Grass Root Innovations to Ecosystem building.

Mr. Kencho Tshering is the Director of Corporate Services Division. He holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Curtin University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hindustan College, India. He brings extensive expertise in human resources, administration, and corporate services across leading Bhutanese organizations.

Pempa Tshering serves as Director of the Corporate Performance Department. He holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle in Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Sherubtse College in Bhutan.

Sonam Tobgay (CPA) serves as Finance Director and brings over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, investment analysis, business valuation, corporate finance, and strategic financial decision-making. He holds a CPA professional qualification from Australia, an MBA from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Sherubtse College, Bhutan.

Mr. Tenzin is the Director of the Business Development & Projects Department, Investment Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, USA, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology, India. He possesses extensive experience in business development, project management, entrepreneurship and investment promotion, human resources, administration, and corporate services. His expertise spans the identification, development, and execution of strategic investment and business initiatives, contributing to sustainable growth and value creation.

Ms. Lhakyi Tenzing is the Director for the Global Securities and Analytics Department with the primary function to make investments outside of Bhutan. She has a Masters of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India.

Ms. Karma Choden is the Company Secretary of DHI. She earned her LLM from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, and Post Graduate Diploma in National Laws from the Royal Institute of Management.

Mr. Sanga Rinzin is the Associate Director of Internal Audit Division of DHI. He has academic background in Master of Science in Natural Resource Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and Bachelors of Business Administration from Gedu College of Business Studies. He also has Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Royal Institute of Management, Bhutan. Prior to joining to DHI, he worked with Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation and Royal Audit Authority.
