Mr. Dorji Nima is the Director of the Corporate Performance Department. He has an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Madras University, India.

Mr. Chencho T. Namgay
Mr. Chencho T. Namgay is the Director of the Department of Investments, overseeing portfolio management in global financial markets and evolving asset classes. He has a Master's in Business Administration and joined DHI in 2011.

Ms. Tashi Lhamo
Mrs. Tashi Lhamo is the Director of the Department of Finance with over 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance. She has an MBA (Advanced) and CPA from CPA Australia and was also a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Boston University, MA, USA.

Mr. Jacques V. Benecke is the Chief Technology Officer for the DHI Group of companies. He has over 35 years of experience working for global tech giants and has focused on business transformation since completing his Master’s in Business Administration in 2008.

Ms. Karma Choden is the Company Secretary of DHI. She earned her LLM from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, and Post Graduate Diploma in National Laws from the Royal Institute of Management.

Mr. Kinga Lotey
Mr. Kinga Lotey is the Associate Director of the Corporate Services Division. He received his Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University, Australia in 2008. He joined DHI on July 1, 2011.

Mr. Phuntsho Namgay
Mr. Phuntsho Namgay is the Officiating Director of the Department of Innovation and Technology. With an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, his experience ranges from Grass Root Innovations to Ecosystem building.
Department of Finance (DoF)
DoF is responsible for achieving optimal capital efficiency by managing the financial resources of DHI and Group, mobilizing capital for investments, and undertaking business development activities in areas related to finance.
Department of Investments (DoI)
DoI is responsible for exploring both domestic and foreign investments under a broad framework, across geographies, sectors, and value chains grounded on good risk management tenets.
Corporate Performance Department (CPD)
CPD is responsible for implementing best practices in the corporate governance area and it includes the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code, DHI Ownership Policy, Strategic Plans for the Companies, Human Resources Development, and others.
Innovation and Technology Department
The InnoTech Department is responsible for strategizing technology and innovation pathways to enhance access and diffusion of the technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution across DHI and the Group.
Corporate Services Division (CSD)
CSD is responsible for providing strategic organizational support to DHI and Group for its corporate services in the field of HR and Admin, Media and PR, IT, and Procurement.
Office of General Counsel (OGC)
The OGC serves as DHI’s legal counsel, offering legal guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. The office handles legal due diligence, compliance, and manages the legal aspects of DHI. The OGC also advises DHI companies on legal matters.
Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO)
OCTO is a new division in DHI which is responsible for overseeing the technological strategy of all DHI companies and ensuring that they align with overall national mandate and business goals. It leads the development and implementation of innovative solutions, driving technological advancements and efficiency.
Digital Asset Department (DAD)
DAD is responsible for the Construction, Operation, and Management of Digital Assets. The department is also entrusted to collaborate with international partners in the investment and development of other verticals of the Digital Asset Industry in the country.
